PowerCool W375 TIG Cooler for 2021 Everlast Welders

The PowerCool 300 is a new model specifically designed to stack on top of the newer generations of welders. It features the same rugged stainless steel pump and copper core radiator construction that has made our other PowerCool water coolers so popular. While it can be used as a stand-alone unit and is compatible with older products, it is primarily designed to stack under the current generation of welders since the end of 2020.

If you have an older Everlast unit, the PowerCool 300 is a great choice for your application. However, if you require a 120V cooler, this unit is not suitable. The cooler is designed to operate off the power supply plug in the rear of the PowerTIG/PowerPro models and requires a 240V input.

The PowerCool 300 is compatible with the following models since December 2020: PowerTIG 200DV, PowerTIG 250EX, PowerTIG 210EXT, PowerTIG 255EXT, PowerTIG 325EXT, and PowerPro Models: PowerPro 164Si, PowerPro 205Si, PowerPro 256Si, PowerPro 256D with the December 2020 panel revisions, as well as PowerARC 280STH.

However, please note that it will not fit or stack with models such as Lighting 225, Lightning 275, PowerTIG 185, Power i-TIG 201, Power i-TIG 200T, PowerTIG 315, or PowerTIG 350EXT. For inquiries about compatibility with other models, please contact Everlast directly.

The cooler is specifically designed to be used with PowerCart 330 and is not compatible with PowerCart 250. It includes a sensor and alarm system to indicate the loss of water flow, providing an added safety measure to prevent the loss of a water-cooled torch in the event of a blockage or water flow interruption.

The new stackable design of the PowerCool 300 is compatible with 2021 and newer TIG/Stick and TIG/Plasma Everlast welder models. It also features a flow alarm to alert users to any loss of water flow, ensuring optimal performance. Made with a stainless steel pump from Italy and a copper radiator with a large fan, this cooler is a reliable and efficient cooling solution for your welding needs.
