Everlast TIG Cooler W300 220V - Compatible with 2020 and Older Models

The 240V PowerCool cooler from Everlast is compatible with both new and old Everlast welders, as long as they have a triangular shaped power outlet in the rear. This includes the new generation units from Dec 2020. Please note that models from 2009 and some from 2010 may have a different outlet shape, but they still provide 240V to the rear of the unit.

When using the PowerCool cooler with both new and old generation welders, it is recommended to use the PowerCart 250 along with the TIG and cooler package. The cooler is designed to fit on the bottom shelf of the cart, as shown in the picture above. Extended lines are also included to allow for mounting the cooler in alternate locations away from the welder. The non stackable design makes it easy to transport and works well for general cooling tasks.

The Power Cool W300 240V water cooler is specifically designed to work with Everlast TIG welders, providing maximum cooling capacity. It comes with a special 240V plug for the socket on the rear panel of Everlast welders, which can be removed or changed for use with other brands of welders. The color coded quick connectors ensure rapid and correct connection of the torch lines, while the copper radiator and Italian made stainless steel pump with a bronze impeller offer maximum cooling capability and wearability. The Italian industrial motor is sealed for protection from the elements.

The standard unit operates at 240V, but 120V is available for units with different requirements. The generous reservoir holds over 2 gallons of coolant for efficient circulation. It is important to use only distilled water or antifreeze specifically designed for use with TIG/MIG torch coolers, avoiding automotive antifreeze.

Please note that this model is compatible with all models of Everlast welders, except for the new 2021 models. It boasts a compact design, efficient 220V operation, a stainless steel pump made in Italy, a copper radiator, large fan, and adaptability to other brands. The quick couplers ensure rapid, leak-resistant connections, and the unit operates at an input frequency of 50/60Hz, providing efficient cooling for water-cooled TIG torches.
