Everlast PowerMTS 251Si Welder: Multi Process with Pulse MIG TIG Stick

Everlast has introduced the latest evolution in digitally controlled multi-process inverter welders with the compact PowerMTS 251Si. This new model offers unparalleled versatility with standard DC MIG, TIG, and Stick welding capabilities, as well as advanced features such as Synergic MIG, Pulse MIG, and Pulse TIG modes. One standout feature is its unique ability to provide pulse MIG and pulse TIG functionalities in a compact welder.

Operators can choose between touchless high-frequency start or lift start in TIG mode, providing enhanced flexibility. The Stick mode offers increased adjustability with controls for hot start intensity and duration. Despite its advanced features, using the welder is simple and straightforward. All controls are conveniently located on the panel face for easy access, eliminating the need for complex menus or touch screens.

In addition, all connections, including the TIG torch connection with gas solenoid control, are conveniently situated on the front panel. This sets Everlast apart from competitors who require TIG connections through side panels or use non-standard connections with manual gas valves. The welder also offers adjustable MIG/Stick Arc Force, dual voltage capabilities at 120/240V, and a 25 Series Euro fast connect MIG gun. It can accommodate wire diameters ranging from .030" to .045" and has a 35% duty cycle at 250 Amps, with the ability to save up to 9 programs.

With 250 Amps of MIG and TIG power, as well as 200 Amps of stick welding power, the PowerMTS 251Si provides more than enough power to handle various welding tasks. The 2T/4T torch trigger/latch function enables stepped control welding with TIG and MIG, while the adjustable MIG Wave arc force control allows for precise management of slope and inductance for fine-tuning arc characteristics. The True DC CC/CV Multi-Process design eliminates the need to carry multiple units for different welding jobs.
