2024 New model introduces IGBT Power Modules for enhanced reliability and performance. The operation can now go down to 5 Amps DC and 10 Amps AC. It also offers 2T/4T/Pedal operation modes, with an additional 2T/4T mode specifically for torch amptrol operation. Pulse frequency has been increased to up to 500Hz in DC and 250Hz in AC.

The new model includes a 10Hz Advanced AC Pulse mode that enhances penetration on thicker metals while reducing warping and burn-through on thinner metals. Arc force control, Hot start time, and Hot start intensity settings have been added for Stick welding to optimize performance.

A VRD function has been integrated to reduce the risk of shock or electrocution, especially in environments where a VRD is necessary for stick welding. The Heavy-Duty High Frequency design not only improves start reliability but also decreases maintenance issues.

For ease of use, the Easy Start Up feature simplifies the setup process in both AC and DC modes, catering to beginners and advanced users alike. Furthermore, the Waveform control in AC offers four different wave forms: Sine, Triangular, Soft Square, and Advanced Square Wave, allowing for versatile welding applications.
